In both dining rooms you will enjoy a blooming tree naturally-lit during the day and with soft lighting at night.

Cheese lovers will certainly notice the beautiful cheese cave located at the centre of the restaurant, a token of the generosity of this fine dining restaurant.

The Chef and His Cuisine

At the age of just 14, I chose the path of a work-study apprenticeship, dividing my time between classes and the kitchen… This early immersion provided me with hands-on, formative experience at some of the country’s finest establishments, where I developed my culinary style through encounters, changing seasons, and the challenges I faced.

More than 12 years ago, my wife and I launched Attablez-vous with a clear vision: to offer authentic, ingredient-driven, and vibrant cuisine. Since then, we have never stopped evolving, enriching, and challenging ourselves to stay in step with the expectations and desires of a changing world.

Respect for the ingredients, strict standards regarding their origin, attention to their presentation, and the consistency of our work are the values that guide us every day and shape the identity of our restaurant.
